Tamsyn Wood and her husband Alex

About Me

In 2011 my husband & soulmate suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. Plunged into a world of single motherhood to 4 under 7's & caring for my husband (who to this day requires 24/7 care) I was flailing around desperately trying to cope & I merely 'existed'. 8 years on, I have found many ways to cope & want to help others deal with grief. I write about the pain, but also how I have learned to love my grief, and believe you can too. (read more on the about Tamsyn Page)
